Roles and Responsibilities
- The Application Support Analyst (ASA) will be responsible for providing robust technical support and ensuring the stability of IT infrastructure across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and hardware in alignment with organizational standards and operational requirements.
- Respond promptly to end-user inquiries, offering expert assistance in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor, maintain, and update all aspects of the company’s computer networks, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to performance or service interruptions.
- Provide on-site client support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware issues during scheduled in-person meetings.
- Maintain comprehensive logs detailing system updates, resolutions, and maintenance activities, including associated timelines and outcomes.
- Organize and maintain documentation of warranty records, support materials, and hardware user manuals.
- Collaborate with management to develop training materials and end-user documentation for troubleshooting procedures and optimal system usage.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and best practices while supporting continuous improvement across the IT function.
