Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Vadodara as Customer Support Analysts. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional support.

Key responsibilities include

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or email.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Adhere to internal processes and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus.
