Roles and Responsibilities
The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying potential prospects, establishing client relationships, and delivering value-added solutions aligned with customer needs. This is a night shift position, designed to support international markets and time zones.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, emails, and online research.
- Approach retailers, merchants, and business owners for POS and payment solutions.
- Qualify leads based on business type, transaction volume, and requirements.
- Customer Needs Assessment
- Understand the merchant’s business model, payment challenges, and current setup.
- Identify opportunities where POS and payment solutions can improve efficiency and revenue.
- Suggest the most suitable POS device and payment processing plan.
- Product Presentation & Demonstration
- Clearly explain features, pricing, transaction charges, and benefits.
- Demonstrate POS machine functionality and payment processing flow.
- Address objections confidently and provide accurate information.
- Sales Conversion & Closure
- Follow up regularly with prospects.
- Negotiate terms within company guidelines.
- Close sales and ensure proper documentation and ACH details collection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and installation coordination.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
- Resolve basic service queries or coordinate with support team.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain conversion ratio and productivity benchmarks.
- Focus on revenue generation and active merchant acquisition.
- Reporting & CRM Management
- Update CRM/system daily with lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline and sales activities.
- Submit daily activity report (DAR) to reporting manager.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on competitor pricing, offers, and schemes.
- Share market feedback with management.
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow company sales process and ethical practices.
- Ensure proper documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain professional behavior in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Key Skills: Handling Voice calls.
