Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the design, development, testing, and deployment of end-to-end systems supporting trading and risk functionalities.
- Develop and enhance interfaces for improved pricing control and risk visualization.
- Deliver an integrated trader desktop solution focused on interest rate flow operations.
- Gather, refine, and analyze user and technical requirements from key stakeholders, with an emphasis on pre-trade execution related to Securities Lending, Availability, and Locates.
- Develop targeted feature enhancements and bug fixes within the core trading platform.
- Leverage the Fusion platform to build scalable applications across multiple asset classes.
- Provide daily production support for business users, addressing issues related to application usage.
- Implement new features and functionality according to agreed-upon designs and business objectives.
- Build UI-based applications using .NET WPF, ensuring responsiveness, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure functionality meets requirements and expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field. The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Strong knowledge of Structured Notes and financial product workflows.
- Proficiency in using Expression Blend for designing advanced UI components.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks, such as Microsoft Testing Framework and Mocking tools.
- Basic understanding of derivative instruments and trading concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and document test plans and procedures for mission-critical systems.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and database interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology domains.
